We please ask for your full communication during any stage of our booking system to execute your project. Upon booking you will be open to select your own "date" and "time" that will assign you to a designer discussion online with your selected designer. Designer discussions will take place on our website or via your entered profile email address. Your selected "date" is at most value to us, we will contact you on your selected date or sooner. Your selected "time" acts like a line queue allowing us to put you in order and get to you and your position. Your selected design may contact you sooner depending on previous requests and jobs. You online request quote booking can be changed and canceled with up to 5 hours before discussion. Please ensure that you take note and read over all information provided to your selected services. Quotes and invoice payments can be made before or after designs previews and mock ups. Quotes and invoice payments must be paid before any file access and product production. Deposits may be required and must be paid before continued, deposits vary depending on requests. Deposits of 10% to 50% may be requested by your designer, if so this must be paid to continue. Any missed payments by due date will apply along with additional costs and law enforcement. Struggle to make a payment? x1 payment amend is available before locked in. Please make sure to proof read and view all design content and previews before finalization. x1 Free amend is available during previews and mock ups Any major updates on your behalf is entitled to £15.00 to £30.00 per hour updates and designs. Any major updates on our behalf will give you instant and free amends for our mistakes like spelling. Turnaround times vary from 1 day to 50 days with design complexity, production and worldwide shipping. During booking you will find out if you're accepted or declined within reasons. When accepted the designer discussion will continue as normal and we will proceed to production. When declined it could be for censored images, racial and major violent crime requests, to the intent to use copyright and licensed creations or simply because it is beyond our skill level.
